In Switzerland, for chocolate, it seems always the right season.

Here we have  some creations made by our Swiss client that uses one  Maestria  for the molding,  decorations and  creations truly special and a second Maestria , just ordered, for coatings with the two main colors.

Having large number of people that  work in the laboratory, this Customer  uses  the weekly  program and the storage of the temperatures of various mixtures, thanks to  electronics in the computer of our tempering machine.


So there is no improvisation, and the production keeps the same quality standards and identical production time.

For the 60 years' party's of the reign of Elizabeth the chocolate is ready.

And at the center of the exhibition room, from a glass installed in the floor the people could check our Unica .

In the Caribbean, in addition to cultivating cocoa, there are factories like this where, in a very artisanal turns they take the cocoa from the tree and produced chocolate till the tablets that is sold in the country for the tourust.

Here's a reality that exists in Gadalupe also thanking the local central government and that tempers the chocolate with some machines Fbm.

Let's go to Bahamas

Yesterday we described the production of a real chocolate factory in the Bahamas with Maestria, Unica, Climatico  and other machines and complementary accessories ....

A Resort in one of the most beautiful natural paradises that have already been inside a factory for the production of cigars.

Tourists arriving at the Resort can produce their own cigars and return to their homes with a customized supply for their gambling.

Well, a few months, visitors to the Resort canproduce a tablet of chocolate or praline directly within this area thanking to the great machines of Fbm.

Will be offered the opportunity to make a very fast course on the basics of chocolate and the possibility to produce by themselves a real chocolate.


Despite the sea, the sun, the beautiful people .... even in a paradise like the Bahamas lacked chocolate.

Easter eggs

This week, waiting for the Easter, we made a daytrip to one of our French customer that  has a large number of machines Fbm and made us as a gift of Easter eggs for us.

The company, In the High Savoia, in France, produces only Bio chocolate and has its own philosophy based exclusively on eco materials.

The idea of organic chocolate is born only 6 years ago and now they  produce several tons of chocolate each year by distributing its products in many European nations.

In times of crisis, here's a good idea to improve our job.

It's an original idea

From Argentina, here's a lady who has a really great chocolate factory and the packaging of his production makes his weapon to compete in the market.

With a Maestria,  prepared with  the automatic carriage for the production of tablets , has invented real marketing systems to sell more her chocolate.


An example are these postcards that once you have chosen the image are filled with a chocolate tablet and are ready to ship or by  hand through couriers.

It speaks even local television and then success is assured.
