Also the chocolate multinationals try with the "from beans" face...

Even the chocolate multinationals try to give the image of the craftsman who produces from the bean. Of course they are really "from bean" because who, most of them, can produce from cocoa beans? But the "from bean" maker is not quite so ... When you go in a from bean's maker, like in Portland, Ashville or San Francisco,  you go in a small lab where you can taste the birth of chocolate with a small grinder granite and small tempering machines. In the Big of chocolate like Callebaut,  you enter in a spectacular Company that produces tons of chocolate perfect and standardized.  But the craftsman  that makes chocolate from beans is something ... easier.
