Also these 14 meters of Climatico ...

They are almost finished in their assembly and will start from our factory the first week of next year to cover and crystallize chocolate. Our cooling tunnel, Climatico, Climatic is a unique tunnel as it does not have the simple air tube that throws the cold directly on the product but has an air flow with a double ring system with 2 rooms to minimize the humidity that can reach and damage the chocolate. When the customer stay more time to have a look on the operation's job and on the details, Climatico is always the first choice. Speaking of details, the covers are raised by themselves with a single switch and anyone can clean the carpet every day without any effort ...

Waiting for Christmas, many beautiful messages like this ...

Here is another testimony of how we are appreciated by those who use our technology and rely on our knowledge. We can also confirm today that Fbm is much less marketing and much more substance and relationship with each customer. When we obtain gratitude and affection with our work, we really understand that we have totally reached the goal that, with Fbm, we set ourselves at the beginning of our journey. And so that years ago, in 2002, a young Estonian company relied on us for its own chocolate production. Now, after 15 years and dozens of machines bought, including technology for the "bean to bar", receiving these good wishes and reviewing a piece of our common history is simply amazing.
