Italian plumcake with corn...

 Another day, another test, the same machine, Tower Drop.

Today, faced with a plumcake with corn and added chocolate chips: the Pancapoccio.

Creator of this delicious: Molidolce. Company of Molise, which interprets and transforms the best fruits of their land.

It sounds easy! But even with a product like this thare are some hidden difficulties. The dough is so delicate that other methods of casting (including the piston system) were too aggressive. The air, the weight, the just distribution of chocolate chips ....

The machine will be changed on customer specifications, but the result has been achieved in the casting. After many tests with other solutions casting "pump" has proven to be the most delicate and precise.

Proxima sexy tempering of 25 kg and TowerDrop, the table top depositor for macarons and for wire cut cookies, has been appreciated also from this market that is still in its starting moment but it will surely improve with knowledge and volumes.
