The enrobing line to cover the bottom and to flip the rice cakes has been designed by us, the first time, more than 10 years ago.

Over the years, around the world, we have delivered a good number of these special lines and, for some customers, even more than one.

This customer is our old friend from France that has developed his production not only with rice cakes but also with organic products covered with chocolate.

A Legend of Chocolate: The Perfectionist!

About World Champions, this is part of the kingdom of Andrea Slitti.  Where Fbm has always chosen by Slitti for the processing of chocolate.

Just said many times (but think about it and you will shudder ...) that the only one never to have finished second in nearly two decades of global competition was only him.

But the surprise that another excellence, used to seeing countless craft production centers, such as Clay Gordon tried was the organization and attention in the production of chocolate.

One so is "only" a Legend of chocolate!

Tomorrow night it's off to Cape Town where we will make the start up of an enrobing line with an Mtr 60+  Climatico for one of the biggest confectionery companies of South Africa. Given that, Cape Town has the bay of the white shark, we will be careful to  ... swim!

That's one of italian beautiful Italian shop: Besuschio, historical Pastry of  Abbiategrasso that has existed since 1845.

Always looking to improve their product and always careful not to lose time and productivity.

And 'more than twenty years they are working chocolate thanks to Fbm.

Beginning with standard machines and then with customized machines according to their own production ...
