We have been doing "bean to bar" courses for some years and are increasingly being followed to the point that we have Schools for "chocolate makers" in every continent on the planet. But now we want to give even more: a course for some special and alternative chocolates and a course for creams where not everyone is able to balance their recipes. Years ago in Amsterdam the first major European event dedicated to the "bean to bar" started: Chocoa. Since the beginning, Fbm has been at the side of the organizers and even today it continues to offer all European chocolate artisans the technology and experience to create chocolate, starting production from cocoa beans. Chocolate does not exist in nature but is created with industrial, artisan machinery and, increasingly, with Fbm machinery. We are waiting for you in our space of the beautiful exhibition center of the old Amsterdam Stock Exchange, at stand A6 / A7. #chocolateforall
