if you want to see a temper of chocolate by hand

According my experience a lot of people that arrive near the chocolate production in these last ten years are thinking that for temper the chocolate you need only a tempering machine.

Look without it how many time you lost and how many steps you have to follow.

With our Unica, behind the Maitre, you have only to put the plug inside and to put the chocolate in the machine... only that.

By hand you could think that we have cut a lot of time for keep you not ready for the bed.....
