the baci di dama made with a Compatta

We started with a Mtr 60 with a 60  centimeters wide carriage for cover the bottom of some biscuits without gluten and one Climatico.

We continued with Maestria  in Italy and abroad with a 30 wide carriage for rice cakes with  dark chocolate, milk or white in the bottom.

Last year we delivered an Unica with a carriage of 25 and a Climatico for some  particular cakes covered again only in the bottom.

Today, here is a Compatta with  18 cm of carriage.

The same belt can be used tocover and  by simply changing a level, for overturn the bacio di dama , a particular italian biscuit .
