hello from the world champion of pastry

While his partner of the world championship, Guerola, inaugurates his new pastryshop in  Barcelona with 500 meters of flors, Jordi came to Paris to see the Europain and greet a friend like me.

In the coming days I 'll post   some pictures and video of the  inauguration of the Josep Maria Guerola's shop in which, for the chocolate production, he has choised Fbm.
