ingredients:

3 egg yolks (60 grams)
50 g cream
37.5 g melted butter
150 gr whipped egg
100 g caster sugar
100 g chocolate into small pieces
50 gr candied ginger
procedure:
Grease a mold for 6 people and put the pastry with chocolate.
Mix the cheese with the cream, the cream, egg yolks and melted butter.
