US trip (Chapter 2): Las Vegas, the chocolatier school.

Here we are in Las Vegas at the Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier School, the School of chocolate in which we decided to get involved.

In addition to Unica, tempering enrobing machine with '"upgrade" dedicated to "from beans to bars", we have also introduced Kleego.

In 2015Jean Marie will set up a section of the school entirely dedicated to chocolate "from beans to bars" .
