A tank to  not stop tempering process of the chocolate even for small chocolate makers ... It seems that in many need it lately also because our tempering machines are actually continuous when fueled with liquid chocolate from a small reservoir as K 50. They  can be temper the chocolater for hours and hours without any break ...
