Chocolate School in Las Vegas (I). Jean-Marie Auboine, Clay Gordon and Fbm.

This year too, we have organized the bean to bar course at the School of Las Vegas where we are founding sponsor of the School of Jean-Marie Auboine. Also in this course we asked to Clay Gordon to work with us because we want to not only give the know-how  by Jean-Marie Auboine about the production of chocolate but also explain the philosophy "bean to bar" in the deepest. Reservations beyond the available seats. Attendance from everywhere: Australia, South Africa, France, Italy, Lithuania, Ecuador and of course the US.    Continued ...
