Phil Landers, East London, long experience with some of the most famous "bean to bar " chocolate makers. Phil started few months ago to make his own chocolate with Rumbo, Kleego and our tempering machines. He has done the first tests at the Academy of Chocolate by Michel Roux with some chocolates and he has started to conquer some medals for 3 different types of chocolate proposed ... Good job, Phil!
