Here is another one that started with Fbm and then grows up with us. In the beautiful medieval town of Castelbuono, near Palermo, the Fiasconaro brothers departed with a pastryshop left by their father and now they have a real semi-industrial company with more than 100 employees. Years ago they began making chocolate in their pastry shop with our continuos tempering machine, Unica. Today, in their factory, they have taken a complete Fbm line that cover with chocolate panettoni and doves in industrial quantities each day.
