Continue our tales on Pasticceria Internazionale ...

In the January's edition, there is the  first part of our story on the "bean to the bar" makers of Portland, Oregon. Once again we try to offer to the Pasticceria Internazionale follwers, the main magazine of Italian pastry market, a cue to see the world in a different way. Constructive alternative way to create curiosity and perhaps even opportunities to the Italian market that now, as never before , need for development and of a greater alternative global vision.
