A new Bean to Bar course has started

And this time we work with Colombian cocoa beans from the region of Orinoco wet from the homonymic river. The Orinoco River is very beloved by chocolate lovers because on the banks of this river, which then arrives to Venezuela, there are some of the best Trinitarian in the world and, to be honest, even our beans are not bad .. .
