Perla and coating with Za'atar...

Fruition Chocolate in the North of New York does not only the collection of the International Chocolate Awards with its own bean to bar chocolate that it also produces with our machines, but it creates and invents highly original products. This is what has created with Perla, our panning machine with horizontal belt coater. Oranges and Pistachios also covered with Za'atar, the typical Middle Eastern mix customized for the occasion.
