A new course dedicated to chocolate in Las Vegas!

In our American Fbm Area in Las Vegas we are already very famous for the courses dedicated to the Bean to Bar. Now, in order to increasing the offer to a larger audience, we have created a new course dedicated to chocolate and biscuits, thanks to the Chocolatier Jean-Marie Auboine. Next October, for three days, on 25 - 26 and 27, we will hold this special course dedicated to French biscuits, the panning products and the modeling and coating of pralines.
