Halloween Cake Pops…

Here the recipe of Knam Halloween Cake Pops...



300 g of vanilla cake
80 g of white chocolate
100 g of mascarpone cheese
250 g of powdered sugar
1 egg white
A few drops of lemon juice
100 g of white chocolate
100 g of dark chocolate
Food coloring
Sugar paste of different colors q.b.
Cold food gel or jam q.b.



For cake pops:
Crumble the vanilla cake in a container and add the white chocolate, melted in bain-marie, and the mascarpone cheese. Blend until obtain an homogeneous mass. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. Form spheres with a diameter of about 4-5 cm and place them on a tray covered with baking paper. Insert the appropriate sticks and put the cake pops in the fridge. To better fix the stick, before inserting it into the cake pop you can dip it in the melted white chocolate.

For real ice:
Pour the egg white into a container together with the lemon drops. Add the powdered sugar and whisk with an electric blender at a moderate speed for a few minutes, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture quickly solidifies in the air, it is appropriate to cover it with transparent film if you do not use it immediately.

Melt the white chocolate and the dark chocolate in the microwave in two separate containers. Color the white chocolate with orange dyes. Extract the cake pops from the freezer and immerse them completely in the orange chocolate for the pumpkin-shaped cake pops and in the dark chocolate for the bat-shaped cake pops. Place the ice in a sac à poche with a flat tip for the decoration of the mummy-shaped cake pop. Complete the decoration with inserts of colored sugar paste.
