Ingradients for a portion:
- sorbitol 84 g
- caramelized sugar 51 g
- 36% cream 216 g
- butter 60 g
- lime juice 180 g
- invert sugar 42 g
- lime zest 5 g
- white chocolate 900 g
- cocoa butter cream 18 g
- dextrose powder 50 g
- lime extract 10 drops
- vanilla mashmallow 800 g
