The next 6th, 7th and 8th of May we wait for new "chocolate makers" with Jean-Marie Auboine and Clay Gordon for one of the most famous and unique course dedicated to the creation of chocolate. In the world, there are pastry schools, wine schools, ice cream schools and cooking schools but a reality that teaches and assists the new artisanal transformers of cocoa in chocolate does not often have capable professionals who can follow and facilitate their journey.
