Sumatra's "tree to bar" (2nd chapter).

Our story on chocolate produced from cocoa from Sumatra continues. Near Padang there are "farmers" who for many years have been selling their cocoa to the largest chocolate multinationals in the world and who have no chance of growth and development as the price is essentially determined by the buyer. The "bean to bar" world is the only possibility of growth for these cocoa producers who rely on Fbm to start a journey that seems almost impossible but that then turns out to be the winning one.
