Passatelli produced with Tower Drop!

Even if the dough is very complicated to extrude, Tower Drop has a powerful and continuous lung which also allows this production. Pouring leaving the roughness and creating the typical waves of the Romagna passatello is not only possible with the large drippers but also with the large dripper that responds to the name of Tower Drop.
