Yes, only 4 weeks left and #Chocolateforall week. There will be three absolute personalities for the world of artisanal chocolate. Luis Amado, creator, inventor, professor of tasting combinations and unusual shapes for pralines that seem complicated to produce but, alongside the Maestro, will be extremely understandable. Maurizio Frau, an Italian chocolatier champion who offers creations and subjects that are truly out of the ordinary by assembling a few chocolate shells and making what he explains with simplicity special.
