Bean to bar Area.A life-changing course...

We have now exceeded 1000 "chocolate makers" who have used Fbm technology in part or totally from 2012 to now. Many of them started with our "bean to bar" course in Legnano. From engineers to lawyers, from mechanics to tourist entertainers, to many pastry chefs and chocolatiers who used commercial chocolate and many have chosen to change their lives by embracing chocolate production and many will continue to do so.
