Spreads are increasingly a support for small and medium-sized confectionery companies and in recent years the consumption of spreadables has had an exciting growth. For this reason we wanted to bring back another excellence like Andrea Tortora, incredible experiences from Paris to London, from Singapore to Venice passing by the 3 Michelin stars of the St Hubertus restaurant, where he was the pastry guide for many years. The artisanal spreadables are his productive enrichment in his fantastic new headquarters but he will offer recipes and production methods to all the participants in the course in the Fbm Area.
