One of the most rising "from beans" chocolate maker, located near Chicago, started 2 years ago its own production starting with Unica "from beans' upgrade". Now, forced to grow for the bigger demands of its customers, has decided to buy the bigger Fbm sister, Maestria, asking again for the changes that we make for chocolate "from beans." Satisfied!

In Sansepolcro, there is a beautiful Pastryshop where chocolate is worked since 1948. The laboratory of this wonderful place provides also other brands of Italian confectionery including one of the most famous italian pasty shops in the world! Always, in this place chocolate is worked with Fbm and in the last ten years, the choice has always been the third stages for the curve of tempering chocolate offered by Unica. This year the choice has been confirmed!
