The tablets are made with a production line consists of a tunnel designed on costumer's request that collects the chocolate molds by an automatic mold carriage connected with a Maestria.

Maglio, a great history from South of Italy.

Maglio is a famous brand in the world of chocolate.

He comes from the province of Lecce and combines local products with chocolate in a cocktail of flavors really special. I have found him also in Muscat, Oman, with a shop almost entirely dedicated to his products . See his shop there , leads one to think that, after all, Italy has a group of brave entrepreneurs who always manage to arrive at important milestones.

Seeing, then, that covers its products thanks to our Mtr 60 us proud to further our journey which we are getting closer to the top producers of chocolate.

A new moulding line in Paarl, South Africa!

One of the most important chocolate producer from bean to  bar of Paarl has just bought a molding line for chocolate bars.

The chocolate is processed from cocoa beans from Sao Tome, Venezuela, Uganda as well as, of course, from South Africa.

This is a new witness added that the chocolate in the world is not only that from multinationals , but also from these craftsmen that,  with knowledge and passion, become great producer and more and more recognizable with  their own chocolate.

The last month just ended we have been in some beautiful parts of the Middle East, where we met some fantastic production factories.

The first company, which we visited some kilometers far from Dubai, produces 500 tons of chocolate per year and distributes them throughout the area UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
