At the beginning of this year I have been contacted by the Owner of an important Italian Company that also has a Factory near New York.

Given that, a few years ago, we had solved a problem in the italian Site, building a custom machine, he has turned to us after that its Office of R / S was not able to find a Partner able to solve a new problem in the American Factory.

They produce balls of ice cream, called Bombs, which are covered by hand with some real harpoons and where it will be surrounded by bowls full of surrogate. The problem is that in this way the production time is very long, the staff is much and at the end, under the Bomb, remains a hole of 2, 3 centimeters of diameter that is only hidden with the packaging.

Dates with black or milk chocolate!

Here is the video of the test coating of dates made some weeks ago with a Costumer of Dubai. The problem of covering the dates is that not always the chocolate cover the botton part because the dates are not always the same and easily accessible. Obviously our Maestria used for these tests had no problem of a lack of chocolate in the underlying part of the product.

Enrobing the dates

We covered the dates of the best quality in the world with milk chocolate and dark chocolate on our factory.

Where are the dates of better quality according to this customer from Dubai? Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan? No from an area near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I'm not so prepared and connoisseur of the best qualities of dates, but I think this very demanding customer came specially from Dubai to test our systems can know the product well.

In Idaho: the Good Chocolate's Factory is starting.

Here is the factory where some Maestrias with other additional equipment are going.

Here, as the Owner wants , they  produce good cocoa and good chocolate paying attention to the environment in which you work.
