Fbm will be present also this year at the Sweets and Snacks Middle East in Dubai.
If Seattle has been the right place for the official presentation of Kleego 100 +, this occasion 'll be the right one for the official presentation of Proxima that at the last fair in Dubai, Gulfood, we were not able to bring also if in the 2014 we have sold a lot of these in the Middle East.

The continuous tempering system of a good tempering machine must keep the same temperature in both bowl and tempering tower for a long time.
This is the main reason that has made this important producer of Kuwait to choose Fbm.
We don't have only one system for have hot and cold for chocolate and we have not a large bowl not so deep that, after little time, have a solid block of chocolate in the centre that obliged to stop the production and restart again after have closed the tempering system.

Yeah, working with Chocolab is very attractive so that also in Pakistan this month we get back.

Ready to go also this line for enrobing with chocolate made with Mtr 60, melting tanks for 200 kilos with visual sensor to put new chocolate in the tempering machine and a cooling tunnel for crystallization of the chocolate .... Destination: Riyadh.
