Just successfully completed the second edition of "Bake Off" on Real Time with the presence of the judge, Ernst Knam, and this evening begins on Rai 2 "The biggest Pastry Chef" where in addition to the judges, Di Carlo and Rinaldini, our old friends and acquaintances, there is the presence of Martina Presta, teacher in our school during the courses of Cookery Lab.

After Budapest, here is a new shop that has chosen 3 Mono again in Hungary. It is located in Nyiregyhaza, in the east of the country, and it is a new ice cream shop that is a part of a local innovative and beautiful franchise.
The internal computer of Mono allows the easy use by everybodies, also the people without having special knowledge on chocolate or a preparation of pastry school. This is the right answer to who want to start with an ice cream shop!
