As promised, here is a short video of how Perla, our panning belt machine, has worked some days ago. It can produce 40 kg. of hazelnuts covered satisfactorily with chocolate only in an hour! Allows anyone to be able to create panning products, does not create lumps as the classic panning bowl machine, it is very quiet and also really easy and comfortable in working process.

Unica also for who makes chocolate since 1948!

In Sansepolcro, there is a beautiful Pastryshop where chocolate is worked since 1948. The laboratory of this wonderful place provides also other brands of Italian confectionery including one of the most famous italian pasty shops in the world! Always, in this place chocolate is worked with Fbm and in the last ten years, the choice has always been the third stages for the curve of tempering chocolate offered by Unica. This year the choice has been confirmed!

Perla, the panning belt machine!

Test day in Fbm with a famous chocolatier of Genoa. Perla is our panning belt machine. The evolution of the old panning horizontal bowl . Very easy to use, comfortable, quiet and very speed in the production. Presented in Rimini in January during Sigep, now it is  into our standard production, as promised to some of our devoted customers who have trusted us since the presentation.

Chocoa: Africa Unite!

Africa Unite. "How good and how pleasant it would be to see the unification of all Africans", singing Bob Marley. As how good and how pleasant it would be to see all the African cocoa farmers united! Here is where the passion for chocolate starts. The cabossa. And Africa with Ghana, Nigeria in the lead has created the Union of cocoa farmers, Kuapa Kokoo, which starting from Ghana, which is one of the world's largest producers of cocoa is trying to react against the exploitation of child labor and is trying create an alternative trade to that dictated by the big multinationals! Not always counts only the price but often the dignity and respect of the Other are worth more convenient for humanity. Africa Unite!
