Even one of our dearest  dutch customers who started with a Maestria and a Climatico in 2007, has just taken the third Maestria.

Now he can quickly change the colors of chocolate using the same tunnel of crystallization.

After the second Maestria, taken in 2011, here came the third time!

Proxima. The third of Knam!

At the end, in the laboratory of Ernst Knam of Milan, the Real Time's  King of Chocolate, came the third tempering machine of Fbm.

Ernst had won in his career tempering machines from different manufacturers participating and winning many competitions but, in the end, he preferred always to use only the continuous tempering machines of Fbm that he has always bought. After the first Mtr 18 of 2002, Maestria of 2007, that's now also Proxima has arrived!

In Las Vegas, our first class for Us Customers.

Talking about Las Vegas: next Febraury, 20, 21 and 22, Jean-Marie will hold a course in the School of Las Vegas dedicated to the production of chocolate starting from the cocoa beans.

All our  Us costumers who wish to participate, have to put in contact with us that we will have some amazing promotions!

The course will be set to the storage of the beans arrived in the lab, roasting, cleaning and all subsequent processes up to the molding with a tempering machine.

Fbm will be present also this year at the Sweets and Snacks Middle East in Dubai.

If Seattle has been the right place for the official presentation of Kleego 100 +, this occasion 'll be the right one for  the official presentation of Proxima that at the last fair in Dubai, Gulfood, we were not able to bring also if in the 2014 we have sold a lot of these in the Middle East.
