It 'nice to see that a lot of our Customers, as this historic pastryshop in Bologna, continue the growth path with us.
Here, we have our history of recent years: an Mtr 18 with the analogic controllers, another Mtr 18 with the first electronic card, a Compatta with digital controllers and a new Unica with the 3 stages of tempering for the chocolate!
Somebodies , like it is understandable, in recent years have tried alternatives and then we have recieved back looking in their eyes real satisfaction taking again our machines, others, like this customer, have always chosen our quality and reliability.

Even in England this new producers from beans to bars are growing: an Unica has just been delivered!
This customer is a manufacturer that take the same beans sent to another customer of California that , after having tried others tempering machines has tried our Unica and he has noticed that our Unica is perfect for tempering chocolate "homemade".

In Doha, the last station of our tour in this company that produces chocolate since 1999 with some own shops in the capital city of Qatar.
This Mtr 18 of 1999 working uninterruptedly 24 hours a day in three shifts. The company has stores in several shopping areas of the city and two factories, one dedicated to chocolate and other one to pastry.
