It's time also in Europe to increase the activity "from beans to bars" and also this swedish manufacturer has chosen Fbm for its chocolate.
Some who do not want to use the beans to start (for not find some troubles to import the cocoa) began using the cocoa mass, where they put inside cocoa butter and sugar to find the own chocolate.

Back to the Dubai Mall after only few months and find a huge aquarium where divers can go inside with sharks and find a store that I have never seen before of a great customer Lebanese, chocolate manufacturer , that use also my machines in the factory of Beirut and Alexandria in Egypt was really amazing ...

One of the most important chocolate producer from bean to bar of Paarl has just bought a molding line for chocolate bars.
The chocolate is processed from cocoa beans from Sao Tome, Venezuela, Uganda as well as, of course, from South Africa.
This is a new witness added that the chocolate in the world is not only that from multinationals , but also from these craftsmen that, with knowledge and passion, become great producer and more and more recognizable with their own chocolate.

The last month just ended we have been in some beautiful parts of the Middle East, where we met some fantastic production factories.
The first company, which we visited some kilometers far from Dubai, produces 500 tons of chocolate per year and distributes them throughout the area UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
