As they say on TV before the match of Wrestling? Kids, do not try this at home ....
Here, Summer is hot and the rehearsal room, where we test machines before packaging, has a fault in the air conditioning.
Unfortunately, we have to try anyway to temper before to send to the costumers and, that's despite the ambient temperature is above the temperature of tempering tower, our Unica can work the chocolate in the right way.
Obviously, you can not and you should not work at these temperatures but ..... Fbm technology, that uses 2 separate circuits and properly projected, do also it!

We covered the dates of the best quality in the world with milk chocolate and dark chocolate on our factory.
Where are the dates of better quality according to this customer from Dubai? Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan? No from an area near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I'm not so prepared and connoisseur of the best qualities of dates, but I think this very demanding customer came specially from Dubai to test our systems can know the product well.

Even in this place of Costa Rica that can resemble Eldorado, or the Earthly Paradise, next week there will be chocolate tempered by a shiny new Fbm. It 's almost time for holidays, and sea, and these images can also do harm. But it is nice to know that, even at these latitudes, there is chocolate tempered thanks to our tempering machines.
