Even in the Bahamas produce from the bean

The customer of the Bahamas, of which I spoke earlier this year, produces its own chocolate starting from the cocoa bean.

Roasting, press, mixing before of our machines to melt, temper, dosing and crystallize the chocolate.


Have a look for this video also because  explains that, although at the time of registration were not yet activated, the operation of machines that are used for creating your own personal chocolate.

More and more companies in the american continent  make their own chocolate starting  from the bean .

Press, mix and, thus, create their own chocolate, melting and tempering it,  so as to create their own tablet.

Of course, in Europe, there are still few companies that follow this process though in some of the previous posts I talked about some of them.

In the U.S., however, there are many companies that create their chocolate from the bean to the tablet.

Here's a young american customer, very original, that after one year from the first Unica has ordered  a second witness that his choice was much appreciated by the market.

Tested in Ascoli mini chocolate molding line. Melt, temper, dosing and crystallize the chocolate.

This chocolate molding line consists with Unica and Climatico 4 meters that allows the production of molds for chocolate without having so many
employees' costs and huge losses of time. At the end of the line just take the solid chocolate from the moulds and pack it!

Here is the line delivered in Abruzzo. Maestria+ dispenser for grain + Climatico. Melt the chocolate, tempering, coating, sprinkle the product of the grain and finally crystallize all with the cooling tunnel for chocolate.

For 20 years, together with Fbm

A French company began in 1993 to work with Fbm. Tempering machines and tunnels for chocolate in 1997, 2000 and 2007. Today they still chose Fbm and this is a great satisfaction because it shows that Fbm  not only do good chines but then we also follow the customer.
