moulds for chocolate

Here is our English distributor that , with great patience, teaches how to use the molds to make chocolate creations.

The tempering machine is Unica.

The molds can be used in this way in which there is the risk of dirtying.

Alternatively you can use dedicated plates for to a single mold and, using the pedal, there  is nothing dirty.

If you want to speed up production using an automatic carriage, how I've presented in some videos in the past, and everything is done exclusively by the machine.

The important thing is to have always  the tempered chocolate ready for its production and then you 'll decide how to work.

Continuos tempering Unica with dedicated special enrobing belt cooling tunnel Climatico for the right  crystallization of the chocolate.

It 's all very simple .... It's made all by the  machines.

The  pictures of the coating line consisting in a tempering enrobing Unica and a Climatico  of 4 meters assembled in a way that it could bring to the second floor.

As you can see the continuous tempering machine Unica with 3-stage tempering system, give the homogeneous dissolving of the crystals and the same temperature for the pre-crystal the chocolate  for give  a better result than the normal standards machine.

Unica has also an electronic management system that allows switching on and off by itself and let free the User to go away when he finish the job and so it can save the energy , thing that it has been really  appreciated in Great Britain .

Here is a  local of the chain producer of chocolates in central  neighborhoods  of London where we have been  last week.

For the 60 years' party's of the reign of Elizabeth the chocolate is ready.

And at the center of the exhibition room, from a glass installed in the floor the people could check our Unica .

Small and large enrobing machine

Here is another video from our  tour in Belgium.

Even this Maestria has been chosen for the famous chocolate tempering system performed by Fbm that , in Belgium,  is considered a critical feature in making chocolate with a machine.

This  Maestria has been adapted according to specific customer requirements with a special longer exit belt of the enrobing carriage.


This is another difference by Fbm that build half of the standard machines following the specific of the customers.

The satisfied customer  is quite easy to  follow...
