The chocolate made in Bolivia by the project "Selva Cacao" at the north of La Paz, once transformed, is tempered and moulded by Unica delivered to a Bolivian Consortium named "Del cacao silvestre al chocolate". Much of the cocoa is produced from wild plants of the Amazon Forest in Bolivia. It is really positive that not only in Canada (see post of yesterday!) the cocoa is worked to chocolate but also in the Bolivian comunity are beginning to make chocolate by cocoa beans harvested locally.

Even this Chocolate Maker near Ottawa has chosen an Unica with "from beans" upgrade dedicated to this chocolate crafter that comes from bolivian cocoa beans.

Moulin d'or, a major manufacturer of sweets and the leading manufacturer of products for celiac of Lebanon and the Arab peninsula chose Fbm for a chocolate production line of tempering, coating, decoration and cooling consists of two separate tunnel of crystallization.
Also if we had not all the time we usual requested, we were able to finish the construction, to overcome the positive testing performed by Customerin our Factory and to ship the full line to destination.
