The Fairtrade networking Social Food , present in Denmark with a considerable amount of shops, that has always been a recipient of FBM, saw the arrival of Proxima in new stores.
In the past, the shops of this Project, were chosen Unica, Compatta or Prima according to the needs of the laboratories. This time they have chosen Proxima shared by the required minimum productivity, quality, design and ease of use that is carried out largely by the machine due to the computer that drives the various production functions by managing the complications that sometimes the inexperience may have.

It 'nice to see people that choose you at the beginning of the profesional adventure and then, years later, still go on with you as they grow.
Not only the famous chocolatiers like Knam that started with us in 2002 and now has the lab full of FBM machines , but also lesser-known chocolatiers like this that started near Pavia with a cCompatta some years ago and now has a new Proxima to increase the production!

Even in Singapore and Malaysia is improving the quality of the chocolate so much that even in some of these places allows choosing Unica tempering and molding machine for their own chocolate.

A Festival to not be missed where there are an endless number of chocolate from different places and a workshop free for everybodies to learn about the chocolate set completely, also this time, only with FBM machines.
