In northern Europe and the U.S. are a lot of producion for cookies that are biscuits produced with the wirecut system (another significant difference compared to Evoluzione) but with the another complication like the little pieces of chocolate inside to the mix.

You open and find a tray of cookies and sicilians candy for thanking because your machine ( in this case a dropping machine) allows the customer to do the repetitive things so that he could focus himself on things more important and useful for its shop.
The service is very important and then for a somebody that likes these sweets like me so much , it's a very pleasure to solve the problems to the customers and it's easy also for the help that give to us the electronic of our dropping machine.
