Swissôtel The Bosphorus tempers with Fbm!

Even the French Chef of one of the most well-equipped hotels in Istanbul, Turkey, wanted 3 stages tempering machine, Unica, produced by Fbm.

Whenever deepens chocolate processing and studying the system to temper show that Fbm not fear any comparison but rather works better without thickening in the center of the bowl or something like  the two temperatures that align after a few tens of minutes.

 And think about Unica that  has 3 temperatures of work ....

At Ibie of Las Vegas came also Buddy Valastro to present his products and show how he works!

In the meantime, our machines are so popular that, after 2 days, from 6 machines in the booth we have only one unsold but for some models the number is ... multiple. This means that we understand the time and the market that wants substance, flexibility and competitive price.

The main topic of the course are the base to become a Cake Designer.

Venice film Festival

During the Venice Film Festival was held an evening organized by Emergency for Sierra Leone, which was attended by numerous stars: the menu of the evening was directed by the King of chocolate.

About: enrollments for the courses of October at our school are already started and, although August is not the month easier for chocolate, the signs are  already significant. Evidently to see Ernst Knam making chocolate is a live 'experience everyone wants to do.

Always looking to improve their product and always careful not to lose time and productivity.

And 'more than twenty years they are working chocolate thanks to Fbm.

Yesterday, today and tomorrow in La Thuile there will be a chocolate 's show.

Even in summer the chocolate works, and why should not it?

It's also very interesting the "Chocolate Factory" where it could be possible to see how it is made. For those who go there it's not possible to don't see also one of the most fascinating chocolate house: Chocolat, by  Collomb!
