Chocolate "from beans" near Chicago: after Unica.... Maestria!

One of the most rising "from beans" chocolate maker, located near Chicago, started  2 years ago its own production starting with Unica "from beans' upgrade". Now, forced to grow for the bigger demands of its customers, has decided to buy the bigger Fbm sister, Maestria, asking again for the changes that we make for chocolate "from beans." Satisfied!

In April,  28, 29 and  30,  will be held in Las Vegas at the JMA School our first course dedicated to chocolate "from beans" with Jean Marie Auboine and with our machines dedicated to this production of crafter chocolate! Any real chocolate lovers can not miss the appointment with one of the few European events entirely dedicated to the world of chocolate crafters "from beans." In Amsterdam, in the beautiful setting of 'old Stock Exchange building, is held for four days an event dedicated, in the first two days, professionals and, over the weekend, open to the public. What in the last years was held in many American cities, now you can enjoy even here, in the old Europe.

Remaining neighbors, this beautiful Shop,  Colazione da Bianca located in Bologna, has taken Chocolab to expand the production going inside to the chocolate. Chocolab has the ability to create a lot of differents kinds of  production having onlyu a little bowl of 12 kg.
